Complaint Review: CHOOSE N CRUISE - Dallas Texas

i had engine problem with my 2001 Toyota Sequoia. The engine of my car got damaged due to radiotor leak and no water in it and it got dried out, my engine got hot and damaged. As I was searching and calling some salvage yards around to see if I could find a good engine for less at the salvage yard, when I called CHOOSE N CRUISE, a man called David answered and told me that they have the engine of my car, as matter of fact, I called three times to make sure that they have the right engine of my car. David, the white guy that took my call assured me that they have right engine of my car. He said that the price of the engine was $500 but he never said $500 cash until when I drove about twenty minutes to their yard,

I brought out my credit card to pay for the engine, he said ooooooooh, the credit company charge us a lot of money so we return their machine back to them and stop using credit card machine because it's costing us too much to maintain, so we only accept cash only. I left their and drove another twenty minutes to my bank to withdraw five hundred dollards. I got cash and drove back to pay for the engine. This b****** David, at the counter took my five hundred, gave me a receipt and ninety day warranty on the receipt he gave me. Not knowing that this b****** had no engine nor have my kind of car on the lot. When I asked to see the engine or the car, he told me that they will go and bring the car from their other yard, remove the engine and deliver it to me, all lies. I left and went back to my office.

I called around 4:30pm to check on the status,  David told me that the driver will deliver my engine in the morning. All day the next day, my engine was not seen or delivered. I called around 4:45pm to check on the status, same lies. I was told that the delivery driver was eating his lunch and will deliver my engine as soon as he finished eaten. I called the next day to check on status, same lies, this idiot David, told me that it seems like the delivery driver was on drugs or something, that he delivered my engine at a resident house in another city next to my city. I said to him, David what is going on? he said man, I don't know what's wrong with the delivery driver. On the fift day I drove back to the yard to check on what's going on with engine that I already paid for,

I asked David when I got there, why are you lying different lies every day to me? his response was, ooh I am just going to give you your money back, I will go to our other yard tomorrow and have them issue a refund check back to you, all lie again. he said call me tomorrow to see if I've got your refund. I waited two days and called him but same old lies, he said no. I went to about four salvage yards looking for another engine and any yard that I went to, I wiil tell them about the experience with CHOOSE N CRUISE, they all told me that CHOOSE N CRUISE are thieves and a rip-off salvage yard. They told me to sue them and that's the only way that I could get my money back. I sued them and court date is set January 8th,2018 which is today's morning at 9:am
