Clearly Mr Tech hasn't got a clue. Sad part is that there are just as many techs complaining about this pathetic Company as there are Consumers. Choice Home Warranty is a SCAM....simple as that. They've hired toddlers to answer their phones and they lie to everybody who calls in. They have lied to me over a dozen times. I cannot get them to fix a leak in my dishwasher...which by the way is only 14 mths old. And by the way, I did nothing to it....nothing.....its practically new. The tech told me it was a small leak and all it needed was sealant. Haven't seen him since Don't get me wrong, he came out on the first call to collect his $45.00 but never again. After reading about this Company, and you should do the same before you ever defend them, I've come to realize that the Tech probably never came back out because Home Choice probably hasn't paid him like many other of their Techs. I mean come on....put yourself in our shoes....we pay for the scam, then we deal with the toddlers on the phone, then we pay $45.00 to stranger who we may never see again and then we have to wonder if that Tech is even being paid for his service by them. I've never dealt with anything like this with any other Company. CHOICE HOME WARRANTY IS A SCAM.....AND ANYBODY WHO DEFENDS THEM CANNOT READ VERY WELL. HERE, LET ME HELP YOU, JUST GO TO GOOGLE AND TYPE IN HOME CHOICE WARRANTY SCAM AND YOU WILL HAVE SO SO MUCH TO CHOOSE FROM. HAPPY READING!

FIRST OF ALL I PURCHASED THE WHOLE HOUSE WARRENTY 2 MONTHS BEFORE MY A/C STOP COOLING, 2ND IF CHOICE WARRANTY IS SO GOOD WHY IS THERE SO MANY COMPLAINTS AGAINST THEM? I GUESS ALL THE COMPLAINTS ARE WRONG. THEY GET PAID FOR SERVICE CONTRACT, THEN THEY WIGGLE THERE WAY OUT OF PAYING A CLAIM. THEY DIDNT EVEN PAY FOR THE CONDENSOR.IN MY EYES AND SO MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS, THEY ARE THE RIP OFF COMPANY,THAT WAY THERE SO MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT CHOICE HOME WARRENTY READ THEM ALL

I'm a service tech now for 20 years, and have worked for good and bad home warranty companies, and I was just skimming through some of these and have a question regarding your complaint, If you added 4lbs of freon in the past, their is obviously a leak in your system, evidently you didnt send them proof that you had that leak repaired, instead you probably bought the warranty after the tech who added 4Lbs of freon told you you have a leak and if it continues you'll probably need a very expensive repair or the system replaced, and thus you buy a warranty for much less an let them foot the bill for an expense you knew you had coming, unfortunately for you, your not the only one I've seen try to do this, and neither are they, hence they requested the proof that the system was taken care of and properly working, and it sound like you sent proof to them that it wasnt and you've got the nerve to file a complaint about it, but hey I guess that's what the Internet is for right, so people like you who are outsmarted at your own game can go online and try to defame an honest company, not mentioning the fact that you purchased and accepted the terms and conditions of a contract that protects them from people like you, and makes sure the honest people who use a home warranty for what they were created for get what they pay for!
