Through his webiste, buylikesservices.com, I bought You Tube views for a video I was promoting. He was to deliver 1000 views in 48 hours. 48 hours later the video had just 10 more views. When I emailed him to ask if he was scamming me, he shamelessly respondes 'yes.'
