Good Morning 

I have been with Chime banking for years and never had a problem with refunds and I know how a pending transactions goes until April 12, 2021 I filed a disputed. I filed three different disputes on that date. The first one was for 8 transactions dispute claim 1924234 for uber eats, 4 transactions for doordash claim 1924236 and one other that is still pending. Now I filed on April 12 for the uber eats claim and on April 21th is was denied and closed not even 30 days of the investigation had went on. In rage I called immediated wanting to talk to an superviser.

I talked to superviser and she asked me to email her any documents showing that I did not get the refund. Well i screenshotted on my uber eats app that those transactions did go through but suppose to be refunded. She gave me a provisional credit. I was done with it and satisfied. Well for the doordash claim I was excited it was approve, but no money was posted to my account.

Confused I called and spoke with customer service rep. he said yes it was approve but then denied. He also said if wanted this  to be reopen I need more evidence. I started looking deep into my account and notice that not only this money wasn't return to me ten other transaction was not return to me too. I called doordash asking them was this money was not return because of you guys and Dierre said no they release the money it is your bank.                           

So I email chime asking them to look into this matter. Sending all receipts and email confirmations and cancellations as well. I called and spoke to a rude representative she hung up on me and when I called back they were closed. So the next day I called to speak to a gentlmen he attempted to transfer and hung up. At this point I wanted a supervisor he told me that my transaction expire thats why they couldn't find any of the transaction because it was erase as if I never did these transactions and money was return to my account and that  I could look on my statement and see the money went back. I look at my statement these transactions is not on my statement and money was never return to my account. I never heard of transaction expiring and being erase off of ur account as if it never happen. This is over 600 dollars. Now they return the provisional credit and I am 282.12 negative in my account. I am very disappointed in Chime. Am I being rip off?
