WORST COMPANY EVER...(this is not a bank) This is the most incompetent company I have ever did business with. I reported fraudulent transactions on my account and have received NO assistance from this company. I provided everything to the company to prove the fraudulent transactions including a police report and what do I get? My account suspended the same day I received my direct deposit. My account was suspended because it was determined the transactions I reported were fraudulent...Duh!! I reported the fraudulent activity. My account was suspended for 24 hours while my paycheck sat there because of these fraudulent transactions. The very next day, which was day number 10 when I should have been receiving my provisional credit, I receive an email that my dispute was denied. No explanation why and no person to contact. The email says to respond to [email protected] for more information. I responded immediately to that email and it is now day 4 and I still have not received a response. This place sucks! Their customer service is rude and hangs up the phone. I WILL NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH YOU AGAIN...GETTING PAID 2 DAYS EARLY IS NOT WORTH IT....BACK TO MY BANK I GO!
