Child Support Network ripoff wouldn't look into back payments made on support ripoff liar idiots Phoenix Arizona
i have beeb dealing with this company for almost a year now. They first contacted me about back support saying that i owed $5,000 plus the $ 2,000 they were charging from interest. My ex wife told them that i hadnt paid any support since 1994. Without any investigation they took her word for it and sent me a collection notice for that amount. I responded to them telling them i had paid over 3,000 in support. but they would not believe me. They made harassing phone calls to me and my relatives. i sent them paper work from the state of washington dshs ofice showing them my payment record and the amount. It has taken me 3 more times and a complaint with the state of arizona to get them to post the right amount. what kind of business goes on someones word without any investigation first. these alligations can hurt someones credit and also cause damage. relationships in familys. what a bunch of jerks.
