At this very Moment Chemed corporation is being investigated for securites fraud,medicare fraud,consumer fraud,worker exploitation,insider trading and more. Vistas is being sued for by a whistleblower when he told on Chemed for medicare fraud, consumers have built a truth in repair case against Roto Rooter for doing un-needed sewer repairs at the cost of thousands of dollars to the consumer. Roto rooter was caught using unlicensed people posing as Plumebrs in Massachusetts which is against state law and consumer fraud...
Before the Whstleblower case in Dallas was unsealed Kevin Mcnamara CEO of Che sold off $300,000 worth of Chemed stock . This companys business model seems to be based on Fraud. The company is in a Federal lawsuit with Getman Sweeney out of New York in a fair labor lawsuit in which the company wasnt even paying its employees minimum wage. This company is pardon the Pun going down the drain..it appears several plantiffs are hell bent on holding them accountable and the press is reporting it.
