I also had a bad experience while booking thru Cheapcruises.com.......after making our reservations, i realized the next day that cheapcruises slipped into the contract an insurance policy for $80 per person.i called immediately to have it removed, as we were not leaving in over a month....they flatly denied this request ...after a heated discussion i realized my efforts were fruitless........I brought 3 other family members on their 1st time cruise and requested that our balconies be as near as possible and they responded by saying that it would not be a problem.....However i believe out of vindictiveness from our heated discussion that our cabins were as far as apart as you could get....My wife and i were on deck 9, two rooms front the front of the ship, directly under the bridge.My Mom and sister were on deck 10, two rooms from the rear of the ship.......these rooms appear to be smaller and the balcony is definitely smaller and in my opinion the worst balcony rooms on the ship.....like i said, i believe cheapcruises was vindictive in the placement of our cabins, and may have requested these because of my stand on the insurance policy........I WILL NEVER USE CHEAPCRUISES.COM AGAIN !!!!!,,,,,

It must have been terribly frustrating for this customer to realize that the onboard credits they were expecting did not post to their invoice as expected. In some cases, these credits do not get posted to the reservation due to a system issue. In these situations, where the customer is eligible for these benefits, we actually audit the onboard credits due then we enter them manually into the reservation for our passengers to enjoy. Indeed, all of our calls are recorded for quality assurance purposes and in the event there are any service issues, we are able to address and rectify them immediately. We ensure we are delivering nothing less than superior service to our customers every time. Please know that we strive to provide exceptional service to every customer we have the pleasure of booking a cruise vacation for. Cheapcruises.coms mission is to provide a remarkable experience for all of our customers. In turn, we would like the opportunity to hear from this customer in order to determine if we can do anything else to make them feel satisfied with their choice to use our company for their cruise vacation needs.
