Chasper Harris aka Skincarvers Did not deliver on holster order after I paid for it. Tennessee

This guy had me pay $250 for an eBay order for a Cowboy Fast Draw holster in advance in October 2016. Now all I have is an inbox full of excuses why he can’t deliver a year and a half later even though he has a perfect rating on eBay.
