FRAUD. UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES B&P 17200 VIOLATIONS. ELDER ABUSE CAL. PENAL CODE 368. CASE AND POINT:  We are account holders with Chase Bank. We keep money with them under numerous accounts. We want to pay a contractor for services performed. We attempted to take money from OUR Chase account and deposit into the contractors CHASE account. 3 DAY HOLD! Mind you, this is after we attempted to ACH debit transfer which still has yet to process. So my elderly mother attempted to expedite payment by depositing from CHASE TO CHASE and they strong armed her saying " that will take 3 days to process".  You FILTHY ANIMALS. I am going to sue you personally Michelle and Chris and serve you at your PERSONAL RESIDENCE AT 6AM ON SUNDAY MORNING. CRIMINAL CONSPIRATORS, EXTORTIONISTS. After my lawsuit which I shall expedite I will be mailing it under summary cover to ALL SAN MARCOS RESIDENTS using the postal services EVERY DOOR Direct Mail service, which I shall also include ALL OF THE NEIGHBORS ON YOUR STREET WHERE YOU LIVE. I wanted to spell all of this out for you so that you will account for it as it happens.  Statistics: Time Value of Money - how long can we hang onto your money while we accumulate a few more days interest, to your detriment? Answer: By selecting Elderly (elder abuse), Hispanics (affinity fraud), and unsuspecting customers (general b&p17200 violations) and if we so much as capture a few more days interest, en masse across thousands of depositors then we'll sustain a higher profitability and stability of revenues and bonus the workers that effectuate our company wide policy of fraud and extortion. Not with me and not for long your scum filth animals. Wild rabid dogs have more respect for humans.

Never mentioned mom was mexsican, but you fell for that hook line sinker. WASP, protestant, Mormon? Your reactions are consistent with your type. Quote You:  "I don't use or much like Wells Fargo, but you are acting very irrationally."  Umm, this report was about Chase, f****** numb skull. Nice attention to detail. You might get along with Stacey, she copy's and pastes legal code from the World Wide Weeeeb!  So she is smart.

Huh? So why on the same day after my f***** "demands" did the money get released? Why you ask (yes with a background in stats)? Because they knowingly play the numers, fr eveyr motherf**** like me, there are (count the replies on this page) at least FOUR of you?! I'd play those odds too! Again, money released after threats. Anger management? Wouldnt be rich if I did my business any other way, now go ask your daddy for some money trust fund baby. This picture is just for YOU!

Boy you have got to be a real idiot if your think that this bank is going to bow down to your demands.  Maybe you need to read what your wrote and learn some anger management.  Good luck with that lawsuit because these individuals are just employees doing their jobs - I am pretty sure they are not "out to get you".  You are just asking to be sued if you send out flyers in their neighborhoods slandering them.

I also suggest you look up elder abuse

  • Physical Abuse—inflicting physical pain or injury on a senior, e.g. slapping, bruising, or restraining by physical or chemical means.
  • Sexual Abuse—non-consensual sexual contact of any kind.
  • Neglect—the failure by those responsible to provide food, shelter, health care, or protection for a vulnerable elder.
  • Exploitation—the illegal taking, misuse, or concealment of funds, property, or assets of a senior for someone else's benefit.
  • Emotional Abuse—inflicting mental pain, anguish, or distress on an elder person through verbal or nonverbal acts, e.g. humiliating, intimidating, or threatening.
  • Abandonment—desertion of a vulnerable elder by anyone who has assumed the responsibility for care or custody of that person.
  • Self-neglect—characterized as the failure of a person to perform essential, self-care tasks and that such failure threatens his/her own health or safety.

What happened is not elder abuse.  And as for the Hispanic crap - this happens to everyone one regardless of race, creed, color or religion.  I assume you never took a class in Statistics so Grow up!!!

Where in this entire report is the Extortion?  Did they say they would process it faster if you paid them more money?

Because a 3-Day time is actually pretty standard.  If your eldery hispanic mother was in such a rush to get this contractor their money, and apparently this contractor was "putting the bite" on your mother to pay them immediatly how come she didn't just take the cash out?

Oh and just by coincidence I have a very good friend who lives in San Marcos and I talked to them about this and they will be watching their mailbox for the summary of this that you are going to send to every one of the 86,000+ residents of San Marcos.

The deposit hold may have nothing to do with you. Did you ever stop to think that maybe the contractor’s Chase account may not be in good standing?

You could have written them a check.

Ken

Colorado,

"elder abuse, sexual and ethnic discrimination and fraud...right?"...and they wouldn't have done this to a white younger male..also right? Oh, yeah and they have to also be "unsuspecting."

If you don't chill and stop your threats, YOU may be the one in trouble.  You sound like a hot head who has fits and falls in them.  It IS possible they were trying to protect YOUR interests...did you even consider that?

I don't use or much like Wells Fargo, but you are acting very irrationally.

Please come back on Ripoff Report and let us know the venue and docket number of the lawsuit you are expediting.

Also let us know how serving them at 6am on a Sunday morning works out.

One other question, how many other female, elderly Mexicans have they discriminated against.  Do you have accurate statistics on that or do you just make up things as you go?

"Wild rabid dogs have more respect for humans."

The wild rabid dog pretty much describes YOU!
