Nothing came and upon e-mailing Charter I was treated very badly and made to look like it was my fault. They had received the money order I sent and said to send a notarized letter saying I had complied with all their wishes. Still no product. I was then told not to contact them anymore, that I was being rude and sending nasty e-mails. Not true. I just wanted the product I had ordered and paid for. I even went out to Saturn Blvd. because FedEx had delivered everything. At a time when money is scarce, it hurts to be ripped off like this. Perhaps others can learn from this.
In Feb. of this year I had placed an order with Charter Medical Sales and was told to send a money order and the product would arrive in 6 business days. Six business days passed, as did 10 andnothing so I contacted them and thus began the hassel. They claimed they had sent the product and there was nothing they could do. When I asked for my money back they said they could not do that but if I sent a notarized letter stating I had indeed sent the money order they would re-send it. Again, nothing. I even had the notarized letter delivered by FedEx, more expense. I was able to track through FedEx and they did receive the package I sent even though they claimed they did not. I drove out to Saturn Blvd. to check on things but was told there were so many boxes and no one knew nothing about this order. Upon contacting Charter again, I was given all sorts of grief and told I was being rude and nasty, all because I was trying to obtain what I had ordered and paid for. This is definitely a rip off. Ihope others learn from my mistake and do not order from Charter.
