Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

In response to Chantel Erin’s internet thuggery and bullying tactics; Chantel Erin a STUDENT at Montclair State University, an FAA licensed drone pilot that does video production and photography on a freelance basis was paid 25% of a lackluster and incomplete work through her boss Jack Wilson.

In 2017, I was referred to Chantel Erin through another STUDENT videographer (her boss Jack Wilson) to shoot aerial videos of a golf event at the Shackamaxon Country Club because Jack Wilson’s equipment failed to work the week of the event. I was hesitant to utilize her services because we already had a negative experience to do photography work together for another one of my clients because she tried to over charge me. I should have known that she would do it again with this drone project. Under the circumstances I had no choice but to go with her bosses’s recommendation.

Chantel Erin came to the country club had breakfast, lunch and even some alcoholic beverages which was surprising to me. She seemed quite content and was eating and drinking up the moment. Chantel Erin was given the task to film KEY people of the event. When going over her shots, she neglected all of the instructions. and none of the key people were in the shots. How are we suppose to complete the video without these key shots. During post production, I explained to her that the video needed to be approved by my client and they would have to pick the right shots because everything I asked her to do, she neglected. Time passed by but my client never got back to me and I told her and her boss that I would do the best I can to finish this up even though the shoot was not at all what I expected. She kept harassing me for payment, she even tried to over charge me and wanted to go around me to talk to my client.

Chantel Erin, is this even your real name? You were recommended to me because your boss could not do the job. I had no choice but to go with you. You

jumped at the opportunity because this was a client that can bring exposure to your portfolio as a STUDENT video editor. You failed at your task by neglecting what I asked you to do, you tried to over charge me, you attempted to by-pass me to go after my client and now you are attempting to discredit me because you are not taking responsibility for your unprofessionalism?!

Now, you are trolling online and being a keyboard thug by attempting to say I ripped off another video producer? Who? What? Where? You were paid through your boss, you never completed the project and I never received my money back and so I was Ripped Off! You ate and drank your project fee and I wasted my time with an opportunistic person like you. I was very easy to work with and trusted you way too much. My mistake is I should never have considered you to begin with and secondly I should have put a contract together to make sure you did your job. Many lessons to be learned here. I no longer will stand by and take this abuse. Beware of Chantel Erin’s unprofessionalism and if she doesn’t get her way she will take matters by posting a one sided complaint online. Take responsibility for your actions Chantel Erin aka Chantel Erin Yague.

Ezra,

My work speaks for itself. Anyone who has vision can clearly see people in the video https://vimeo.com/274673076/f2ed03b7c9. Your percentages are inaccurate and falsely fabricated. In fact, there are only 5 shots of the course landscape and 42 shots that incorporate people and golf carts in frame. 5 to 42. If anything, there are more people shots than landscape. Both wide and close ups.

You did not even think to have ground footage taken. I went above and beyond to bring additional gear and shoot guests up close. No UAS Pilot would ever dare to fly a drone that close to people. In fact, it is against FAA rules to do so. As far as I was concerned, you wanted a video just like Jack’s from the year before. And those standards were pretty low compared to what I had delivered. I was capturing more aerials and tons of supplemental footage as well. I brought not one, but four extra batteries and chargers so I could charge everything all at once and immediately go back out on the field to capture as much as I can in the short time frame I had. Assuming you did not want the shot of the same hole on the entire course, I drove all around the course to get variety. I went back and forth multiple times to change out the batteries, which was time consuming given that the course was 140 acres. I was efficient and captured more than what anyone else could in that time frame. I put together a great video showcasing the event and the golf course. I deserved to compensated for that.

In response to: “I gave you, a STUDENT an opportunity to film and produce and aerial video that can compliment your portfolio. You took the opportunity to make it ALL about YOUR PORTFOLIO as OPPOSE to what the client wanted.”

Don’t get it twisted, I did not reach out to you. You needed my help. I signed on last minute as a favor since Jack’s drone was damaged. I never had intentions of sharing this video to “compliment my portfolio” and certainly did not need an opportunity from an arrogant person like you. My task was to cover the event and follow the shot list, not capture a bunch of landscape shots. That is not the focus nor the scope of my work. It is always about what the client wants. Being in an educational institution at the time has no relevance whatsoever to my experience in the working field. Clearly, you don’t know who you’re dealing with. You look down on students, who funny enough, have more experience than you and take advantage of them. My clientele value my time and my work. They pay me what I’m worth and make payments in a reasonable amount of time unlike you. You never spent a single penny covering my time.

In response to: “I see you've edited the video when you are finally called out for your lack of professionalism and constant beratement of paying-you-in-full when the video is still not completed and lack the necessary content requested of you.”

You lied about me of drinking alcohol on location and now you’re blatantly lying about me re-editing the video? Or are you compeltely delusional? This https://vimeo.com/274673076/f2ed03b7c9 is the same exact cut I sent. I put it on Vimeo as a private link for everyone here to see. I haven’t touched it since the day I exported it. I will attach photo proof of that showing the day I did. Constant beratement? Again, how is asking you when I could expect payment a form of harassment? Why does it take a month to hear feedback on a 90 second video? In my professional opinion, there was nothing else I could do to make the video better as I had already delivered two cuts.

In response to: “In the morning of the event I specifically told you to cover certain golfers and public officials, leaders of the event and introduced and pointed them out to you. Where were my shots?”

Absolutely not. You did not ask me to shoot any other key individuals nor introduce me to any other public officials/leaders of the event. You introduced me to one person and that was your friend, Ron. You mentioned that you’d like to get a shot of him is possible. Was he the focus of the entire video or was the goal to make a recap of the event? Which is it? I’m pretty sure I was making a recap video just as Jack did the year before. Because it just does not make any sense to say the video is incomplete simply because Ron was non existent. As I had already explained to you, Ron never crossed paths with us on the golf course. I asked you towards the end of the event if you knew where he was. You told me that the golfers were wrapping up sooner than what was scheduled as they finished the courses early and were heading in. So instead of heading back out to search for him, we shot whoever was in the vicinity. I figured if we did not get him, that it was not a big deal as the shot list was more important and that the promotion of the event was priority. I never said I got him. In the email, I told you that he might have potentially been in one of the aerial videos wearing the green polo, but it may not be him.

Again, the video speaks for itself so everyone can agree that the video encompassed everything about the event. You claiming I ripped you off doesn’t really make any sense since you hired me and did not pay for my work nor honor the extra hours you kept me.

In response to: “I did send Jack Wilson a partial payment because since he was your boss, he needed to step in and deal with your unprofessionalism. He even requested to receive payment from PayPal (Friends and Family). Get your facts straight Chantel Erin Yague. Maybe he did not tell you but that is between you and him.”

Let’s get this straight right away. Jack is not my boss. I am not an employee. I do not represent anyone but myself. In regards to his requests on PayPal, how am I supposed to know his agenda? I was never involved with that. If you got an email from me asking for payment, why didn’t you redirect me to Jack since you claim to have paid him?

In response to: “What is really PATHETIC is rather then addressing me in person or if you really feel the need, resolve these issues in a civil manner. What do you do instead, you troll on the internet and make only one sided claims and bring articles written about me because you failed to take responsibility for your actions. You are trying to paint me in negative light without taking any and all responsibility for your lack of professionalism.”

There was no way for me to address this in person. You ignored my email and are only responding because there is a report made about you. You obviously won’t compensate the work and I’m over it. I won’t waste any more time with you. Jack told me that you never paid up. And I never heard from you. So it was safe to assume that payment was never going to happen. Of course I am going report you to others. That is the smart thing to do. I did not enjoy writing any of this. Calling me these ridiculous names such as “internet thug” and “troll” makes YOU sound really pathetic… Bringing up your past fraudulent activity proves that you are a scam artist. I'm not painting a negative light here. You did that to yourself. The facts are there.

In response to: “Make sure you have her on a contract or else she will over charge you and make up excuses as to why she did not do this or that and make your project only to benefit her student portfolio!”

Do not work with Ezra Lustado, period. He will take advantage of you, keep you for extra hours and won’t honor them. In fact, he won’t pay you at all. He can't afford the standard rates.

In regards to Ezra Lustado's past fraudulent activity, read this news article:

“Five are nabbed in $4M mortgage scheme”

Authorities have charged four more people in connection with an alleged massive mortgage fraud scheme in Monmouth County.

The five suspects, all charged with theft by deception and conspiracy, are accused of filing fraudulent mortgage applications that cost lenders more than $4 million in bad loans, said Monmouth County Prosecutor Luis Valentin.

The defendants are accused with inflating the value of seven properties and funneling money from the closings into shell companies. They also charged inflated fees and also falsified their income to secure the loans, prosecutors said. Six of the properties were in Monmouth County, and one was in Florida. Lenders have already foreclosed on six of the properties, the prosecutor said.

Arrested were John Pereless, 39, of Colts Neck; Kevin Deickmann, 34, of Red Bank; Ramon Iglesia, 24, of the Lincroft section of Middletown; and John Pereless' mother, Susan Pereless, also known as Susan Coonan, 65, of Tinton Falls. Pereless is listed as an official with Morgan Financial.

Ezra Lustado, 34, of North Caldwell, surrendered to the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office on Thursday, the prosecutor said.

Chantel Erin Yague, you took to the internet and are trying to discredit me with your keyboard thuggery tactics. You NEVER COMPLETED the required video due to your lack of content that was requested for you to shoot and quite frankly were nottaking any responsibility for your lack of professionalism.

1. You tried to Rip Me Off by telling me to Pay-You-In-Full for INCOMPLETED work because you filmed more of the landscape and golf course as oppose to what was requested. We need to go over footage that we can use to properly create a promotional video for OUR purposes NOT FOR YOUR PURPOSE to use on your student portfolio page.

In the email I sent you this is what you covered (give or take). There was no balance and heavy on the landscape and golf course itself.

    a. ..... and Golfers:  5%

b. Golf Landscape:  80%

c. Action Shots such as hitting the golf ball: 5%

d. Various Angles from above, side, etc.: 5%

e. Whatever else you feel is important to shoot for Post Production Purposes: 5%

In the morning of the event I specifically told you to cover certain golfers and public officials, leaders of the    event and introduced and pointed them out to you. Where were my shots?

In an email you sent me stating:  These are the best shots of people I could find closeup and afar. I believe I got --- in the very first golf cart shot, but unfortunately it's not a closeup, I only caught them leaving. And if that is not --- in either of those shots in the green polo shirt, then no I do not have a shot of him, sorry.

If the individuals were not available, why did you not call me or come to me and say what else can I shoot because he or she did not show up or where would they be specifically so you can film?

2. You tried to Rip-Me-Off by overcharging me knowing the details and budget beforehand from your boss, Jack Wilson.

3. I see you've edited the video when you are finally called out for your lack of professionalism and constant beratement of paying-you-in-full when the video is still not completed and lack the necessary content requested of you.

You disappeared for quite sometime throughout the event and was only able to gather shots  together whenever I found you driving around on the golf course. Whatever you showed me was fine at the time but I asked for more people shots and key indviduals for the event. Where was that?

I did send Jack Wilson a partial payment because since he was your boss, he needed to step in and deal with your unprofessionalism. He even requested to receive payment from PayPal (Friends and Family). Get your facts straight Chantel Erin Yague. Maybe he did not tell you but that is between you and him.

4. The week of the event your boss was not able to work the event he was hired for so he recommended me to you. I was hesitant and because it was so last minute, had no choice. He had the style and overall idea of what I wanted. I was certain he would be able to convey that over to you. Boy was I wrong!

I gave you, a STUDENT an opportunity to film and produce and aerial video that can compliment your portfolio. You took the opportunity to make it ALL about YOUR PORTFOLIO as OPPOSE to what the client wanted.

5.  To be clear Chantel, this a luxury golf course and nothing about that day was ever complimentary. I did insist you eat breakfast and lunch because that is the right thing to do but as far as bevearges it was your call. You sure did enjoy yourself to eating and partaking in beverages. If you say it was just orange juice and that was it, sure. You are mature enough to make these decisions BUT what I expected you to do was to follow my instructions and NOT make this about your portfolio!

6.  What is really PATHETIC is rather then addressing me in person or if you really feel the need, resolve these issues in a civil manner. What do you do instead, you troll on the internet and make only one sided claims and bring articles written about me because you failed to take responsibility for your actions. You are trying to paint me in negative light without taking any and all responsibility for your lack of professionalism. You use poor judgement by being a 'Keyboard Thug' and internet troll. I will defend myself from internet bullies like you when you get called out for your work, you take matters by hiding behind a keyboard to gossip and portray a one-sided account.

You make excuses and constantly DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for your actions and unprofessionalism. You expect to be paid-in-full for work that is NOT COMPLETED. YOU are trying to pull a fast one by RIPPING ME OFF.

Beware of Chantel Erin AKA Chantel Erin Yague livetocreate.myportfolio.com, internet bully and keyboard thug.

Make sure you have her on a contract or else she will over charge you and make up excuses as to why she did not do this or that and make your project only to benefit her student portfolio!

Response to Ezra Lustado (Newark Productions):

I was really looking forward to hearing what you had to say since you stopped responding to Jack Wilson and my emails about payment. But now that you’re being called out, you suddenly speak up and play the victim? It’s a shame you have to resort to making up lies to cover up your scam.

Drinking alcohol? Overcharging for the first shoot? We never had a first shoot. I never worked with you prior to this event. You asked me for my rates. I gave you my rates. You responded with “okay sounds good” and then never followed up. I have the email log attached. You never hired me for that shoot because you could not afford to. Overcharging for this shoot? I gave you my hourly rate, and you kept me several hours longer than what we had scheduled. So I charged extra for the time which is what any logical human being would do as I do not work for free.

In regards to drinking alcohol... You insisted I sit with you and have the complimentary breakfast in the Grill Room that was provided to all guests. I grabbed orange juice at the bar since all drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) were being served there. I never ordered an alcoholic beverage. It would never cross my mind to make a poor choice like that prior to any job. Your blatant lie is clearly intended to paint a bad picture of me and it’s truly pathetic. If anyone is being unprofessional, it’s you. And I’m glad everyone can witness the scam artist that you are.

In response to this statement: “When going over her shots, she neglected all of the instructions. and none of the key people were in the shots.”

The parameters of the job were to gather aerials of the event from start to finish. He emailed me this shot list:

a. Mayor and Golfers

b. Golf Landscape

c. Action Shots such as hitting the golf ball

d. Various Angles from above, side, etc.

e. Whatever else you feel is important to shoot for Post Production Purposes

The mayor never showed up to play. But I captured everything in that list. I will attach the video link below to prove it. https://vimeo.com/274673076/f2ed03b7c9

The morning of the shoot, Ezra also brought up that he’d like to try to get a shot of his friend, Ron sometime that day. Keep in mind that this 18-hole course is 140 acres big. There were well over 100 guests rotating every 10-15 minutes. We began the filming process at the starting line and followed golf carts out. Ezra accompanied me several times throughout the event. We gathered various shots throughout the course while keeping an out for Ron. He was happy and approved of shots that he viewed in the remote control previewing screen.

By the time the event was over, Ron and I never crossed paths. Do you know how difficult it is to find a person you barely know in a 140-acre field? If it was so important to capture Ron, perhaps Ezra should have gotten a hold of him through his phone to locate him. Besides that, not once did I hear a complaint that day. But now that he can’t cough up the owed payment, the shots are suddenly terrible and insufficient? No reimbursement for my travel to the event. No payment for the hours I spent flying my drone and recording the entire event.

In response to this statement: “She kept harassing me for payment, she even tried to over charge me and wanted to go around me to talk to my client.”

How is the simple question “When can I expect payment?” aggressive and a form of harassment? I did not try to go around you to speak to your client. I asked you first if I could get a hold of him as I did not trust you after ignoring me for a month. You told me that was not possible. So I agreed and continued to wait for payment. And that was the last I heard back from you.

You never sent Jack Wilson payment and you’re now claiming we ripped you off? Another blatant lie. Jack kindly covered the payment in advance out of his own pocket to which I returned to him since you never paid for the shoot. I came here to report you as a last resort when you ignored Jack and my emails because no one should get away with anything like this.

In response to “You were recommended to me because your boss could not do the job. I had no choice but to go with you. You jumped at the opportunity because this was a client that can bring exposure to your portfolio as a STUDENT video editor.”

By far the best comment yet. I was recommended because I also provided aerial video services and do a good job at it. You did have a choice Ezra. You could have said “no” when you looked at my website http://livetocreate.myportfolio.com and aerial video reel: https://vimeo.com/224424760/168f146b8b You could have hired someone else. How is attending an educational institution justify my experience in the working field? Again, you had plenty of time to review my portfolio and make a decision. You took advantage of me. You’re a scam artist.

Beware of this guy everyone.
