Century 21 Blue Sky Realty and Property Management Owner Thomas Tommy Belsky Refusal to do basic maintenance, bullying and demands for bogus charges Celebration Florida
They were fantastic when they were waiting for our money. Then hate and threats and accusations started. Complete nightmare. BLANKET REFUSAL to fix ANY maintenance issues except absolute emergencies. They won't trim the hedges at our property that are dangerously leaning over, they won't clean the windows, won't fix paint chips in the stairwell, refuse to fix the broken parts of the swimming pool that could be dangerous as it’s sharp plastic, a large tree in the back yard was felled by lightening and now they want to CHARGE US to replace the tree!! And the list goes on. Only been here 2 months and it’s already the worst experience with a property management company ever. They even refused to allow us to put up an American Flag on our rental property - a violation of the The Freedom to Display the American Flag Act of 2005 (Pub.L. 109-243, 120 Stat. 572, enacted July 24, 2006) is an Act of Congress that prohibits real estate management organizations from restricting the display of the flag of the United States on a property. Thomas Tommy Belsky is the owner of the Century 21 Franchise and he's the one spearheading it all.
