I purchased a Plantronics Voyager Bluetooth earpeice a month ago as of todays date. Upon the day I receiving earpeice, I plugged it into the charger for an overnight full charge. The folliwing day the earpeice started malfunctioning. (it would go to mute inadvertently on it's own) I have tried at least twice a week to contact custoner service via the only means of contact on a message page.

I have yet to hear from from CellXPro. There is no phone number to leave a message or complaint, matter of fact there is no customer service to speak of at all. I seen nothing but negative reviews from other reviews online regarding CellXPro and I would recommend not purchasing any items from this company. "Caveat Emptor!"

When buying on line, make sure the company has a hard phone number that someone with a pulse and answers in a friendly and helpful manner. Anything less than this is a waste of your time and money.
