DO NOT PURCHASE HERE. CELLULAR Sales is not Verizon. They are an authorized dealer. So, when you go into the store to get a new phone, you are being charged 2 activation fees, one from Verizon $40 and selular sales charges their own form of an activation fee 50$. They call it a programming fee. I checked with Verizon corporate, and they don't charge this nor did the customer service folks have any idea what it is for. So, I called cellular sales customer service, in which I had to leave a message. A day later cellular sales customer service calls me back.
I asked her what the additional 50$ charge was for and she said that it was for adding the phone to the account and transferring data. Verizon wireless corporate stores do NOT charge this fee. So I was charges 100 bucks for the "privilege" of purchasing 2 phones from a Verizon Wireless Authorized Dealer. I can tell you this, it would NOT have cost me 100 bucks to drive to the nearest Corporate store nor would it have cost be 100 bucks in shipping for 2 phones to come directly to my house. Not to mention the nearly 3 hours wasted and hours more wasted with customer care and non responsive sales reps
