I bought a new cellular phone on 2/8/00 from Cellular One. This item charged me $128.61.
Unfortunately, I checked my Credit Card Statement by online. I found they double charged me $152.61. Therefore, I called them for investigate and refund. The operator said they need 10-15 bussiness days to check it.
My statement due date on 3/20/00. Up to now, they didn't credit back to me. I asked them over 9 times since 2/20/00. They always said they still investigate my case. Yesterday, I asked them again. They said they still having difficulties with their system. I think this is not my false and I don't want to pay extra money for Finance Charges.
In my case, I've been waiting for their satisfactory solution and reverse the credit for 39 days. Do you think this is reasonable ?
