Oklahoma City,#2UPDATE Employee

Dear Consumer, As an employee in the cancellation department, I get a lot of comments about the dreaded "30 day written notice". Although you may have been out of your contract term, it does state in the contract itself, that once you have fufilled your contract term (12, 24, or 36 months), then there is a month to month obligation. Some people opt not to read to terms and condition of the contracts, which turns into a surprise for customers in situations as this. Several years ago, Cellular One updated the contracts to include this information on the front, requiring one's initials to reduce any "surprises". I'm sure that on your final bill, you were not billed for your full monthly service fee, as the final bill is prorated. If you would feel comfortable in sending me your account info, I will take a look at the final bill, and see if there is anything I can do about the final balance. We hate to see a customer of 5 years, as yourself, go, but as a consumer, I understand that you have to find something that is suiting for your communication needs.
