I signed with Cellular One in October of 2006.

From the beginning people had troble hearing me. After sending several phones and the same problem exsists.

Calling AT&T who bought Cellular One, I have been informed they could have fixed this problem over a year ago.

Now my options are 1) sign for another 2 years and buy new phones, deposits etc. Or 2) cancell my service and try to get new plan and new phones with a cancellation on my record. Both of which means AT&T has no intention of honoring the contract they bought from Cellular One.

The customer service supervisor informed me that while I waited on hold on my wifes phone, and the tech service department called ( on my phone) to explain the problem was human error and could be solved at a "Company store", this call never happened thus implying I am a liar with phone records to dispute this claim.

If the problem could have been resolved a year ago why is it still not, and wont be until I sign for another 2 years.

Sales should be based on customer satisfaction and good service, not mafia style extortion tactics currently in use. IE: Buy our service or we will cut you off even under contract.

This is only the "scratch on the surface" of the long ordeal of trying to get a phone and service that is paid for, that I can use. If you would like the whole nightmare story, from false promises, back and forth always somebody elses fault, to outright lies, feel free to contact me about the new AT&T "Mafia".
