Cellogica Rip-off California
I saw an ad on FB, with great reviews. So I said, let me try it. It's an undereye product to reduce bags. I paid for shipping and handling of their product (2 little bottles) which I received. I went on vacation, returned and saw that my account had been charged $230.00!!!! I was livid, I called the company who indicated that I didn't cancel within 14 days so I was charged for the product. I was flabagasted. I called my bank, they reveresed the payment and did an investigation, I look at my account this morning and they paid it back to them AGAIN!!!
When you call Cellogica they are very rude and you can't speak to anyone hirer than the person you are speaking to on the phone because "they will tell you same thing." I have never been so pissed off in my life about my money than I am right now. I work very hard and can't afford to be taken for a fool and this company has done so. My bank won't reverse the payment because Cellogica claims that I signed up for a trial and didn't cancel in time.
This company is a rip-off and scam artist. Everyone who works there should be ashamed of themselves. This company needs to be reported and closed down for good.
