CCS National Credit Card Credit Rip-off card fraud company preys on innocent people with marred or no credit Las Vegas Nevada
This company called my 20 year old son who had just opened his first checking account. They offered him a credit card and asked for his bank routing number and account number before telling him they would be withdrawing $199.99 from his account. He then told them he wasn't interested and would call them back if he was interested at a later date. 1 month later they withdrew $199.99 from his bank account which overdrew him by as much. The bank won't do anything even though we filed an affidavit stating he didn't give permission for the withdrawal.
My son didn't have the $199.99 in the first place and now owes the bank $199.99 plus a $30.00 overdraw fee and $6.00 per day until he pays them back. After reading all the reports against this company I feel for all the innocent people they prey on. This should definetly be against the law. I would be interested in being involved in a class action lawsuit.
