CCS First National Card consumer rip-off fraud Las Vegas Nevada
I received a letter from First National Bank almost a year ago. It never occured to me that such a big company would be such a rip off. I called and called for them to send me a catalog and they always promised but it was never delivered.
Today my daughter receives the same card only with a different name. It is from First National Card from CCS. They too are a rip off company. I advise that no one activate this card and do not waste your money. Carefully read the back and front of the letter which seems to be great. They charge you between $200.00 to $400.00 dollars right off the back and on top of that they charge a monthly fee. You are automatically owing a company $499.00 to which you have not spent a dime.
Beware and be careful with all the fraud that is going on. If you talk to an attorney make sure you have not reached the statue of limitation. There is not much they can do. You signed the agreement and therefore you owe.
