CCS First National Card ripoff, dishonest & fradulent Las Vegas Nevada
I recieved a credit card in April saying that they were going to give me a $7500 credit and they could repair my credit. I agreed to the card on a trial basis so that I was not to be charged for any fees. On 5/11/06 at 4:36pm I called to cancel the service because of the fees that was going to be charged to my account. During that phone call I spoke to a manager. I was never told that I had to put anything in writing in order to cancel the sevice and that I would not be charged.
I thought no more of it until 6/14/06 I was charged 100. Each time I tired to get intouch with the company I could not get through to speak to a rep. Then on 8/5/06 I was charged 300 from my account from the same company. I repeatedly called that Saturday until I go ahold of someone. Once I did I spoke to Wesley Id#55866. He stated that I called to cancled back in May and then made a agreement to shorten my payments which was completely false. I have NEVER purchased anything from this company and when I recently looked online I found may reports of other consumers that have been taken advatage of just as I was. This company needs to be STOPED they are Nothing but a bunch CRIMINALS Taking peoples money
