I did receive a pre-approved credit card with a $6,500 limit from CCS. They did ask for my checking account and when I told them I no longer had one, I was congratulated on receiving the card and told to call a long distance number to activate it. I haven't any money invested in them because the $39 I sent was for another credit card.I retract my original report.
