Yesterday I received a credit card from CCS credit service division. The card is titled: First National Card. I never applied for this card. If you read the small print on one of the pages it says that if you activate the card, it allows them to automatically debit your checking account for the activation fee of $199.00!

Under the terms and conditions, it allows you $200.00 credit with the first purchase over $500.00 to supposedly make the activation fee free.

First of all, my first name is spelled correctly on the card as is my last name...which EVERYONE spells wrong! How are they getting access to my personal information?

Below is the information about them from the Better Business Bureau website from Nevada. This is very disturbing.
