CCS Credit Service Division cant cancel services Las Vegas Nevada
I signed up for this catalog shopping service to show on my credit report as positive active account. Next thing I know they are withdrawing multiple membership fee's without any notification.
I call them and asked that they cancel my account imediatly. They started giving me this big long scripted speach about how helpful it is for me to keep this account open. When I tried to interupt they would not listen and stated they had to finish what they were saying. after all said and done I once again asked for my account to be closed. He started talking again and I just said "close it"!!!
Next thing I know about six months later they tried to withdraw money from an account that I had closed. they are now trying to charge me for that and a membership fee for the next year that I dont want. As far as I had been concerned I was no longer a member. I felt that I had learned my lesson by getting ripped off by these people once, but for them to come back and do it again is crazy.
When I called them today to find out what was going on I had a very rude lady tell me that I would have send in writing I want my account canceled, but I would still owe the membership fee? I dont know what to do about this.
