I initiated a sample of a skin product. I recieved several voice messages telling me they could not complete my order without additional intormation, which by then I was no longer interested in the product if more was required of me. I had no further obligation explained other than to pay for the shipping fees. Yet they made TWO separate $90 charges for 2 months. I decided to look at my bill detail (because my balance kept going up) and called the number to cancel whatever they think I'm subscribe to.. and have NEVER recieved!
