Last fall I ordered on line from CBS Sportsline.com, a magazine subscription. I also was allowed to select a cap with the logo of a team on it. My credit card was billed $39.95. Well three mounths and no mag. or hat latter I called the number for assistance.

I was told they had had a problem with the magazine vendor but it had been cleared up and I should be reciving it and the cap soon. I waited one mounth and called back. This time I was told the whole deal had fallen through, and I would recive 2500 Sportsline Rewards points to be used in the Sportsline store.

When I said I would rather have a refund the man on the phone laughed and said "Thats not going to happen". I checked the store and found out 2500 points is worth about $2.50. I then sent and recived several e-mails back and forth and was finnaly told to call the same phone # and they would get me my refund.

When I called and spoke to the same person I spoke to before he rembered me and repeated what he had said earlier and hung up. I finally had to admit I was RIPPED OFF!!!! I also never did get the 2500 points!!
