After a letter, dated October 6, 2005 containing the original report info, to Cavalry Portfolio Services, LLC and cc to: Attorney General's Office California Department of Justice Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Bureau of Consumer Protection Cavalry Portfolio Services, LLC Senior Vice President Cassandra B. Duff Senior Vice President Michael Godner CEO Andrew N. Zaro And an E-Mail to Senior Vice President Alfred Brothers Cavalry Portfolio Services, LLC [email protected] I received an E-Mail on October 19, 2005 from: Kristen Papp Manager Customer Client Services Compliance Cavalry Portfolio Services, LLC [email protected] She said she would be more than happy to assist me. I called on October 20, 2005 and left a voice mail. I called again on October 21, 2005, Ms Papp said, they were closing my account and they would notify the credit bureaus to delete their trade line, (I hope this is the same as deleting an ADVERSE or COLLECTION account), from my credit reports. NO EXPLANATION!!!!! NO APOLOGY!!!!!! Just a P.S.: As required by law, you are hereby notified that a negative credit report reflecting on your credit record may be submitted to a credit reporting agency if you fail to fulfill the terms of your credit obligations. Cavalry Portfolio Services, LLC put a negative credit report in my credit record in December 2004 three months before they contacted me and they didn't even say they were SORRY!!!!
