I currently have a criminal fraud claim against The Cataline. They not only retained my credit card on file, they also charged it fraudently many times after check out. When I brough it to the managers attention and asked why I was being charged after check out, they sent me a fraud invoice, which was signed by someone else in my name. This hotel needs to be shut down. If you look at the reviews with the BBB you will notice my claim is not unqiue at all but one of many.
