Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I sent in pristine boxes of diabetic test strips. My daughter was a witness to their condition. All three boxes were in perfect, and undamaged condition. I mailed them in the provided box from Cashnowoffer.com. I sent in the extra boxes of test strips and lancets that I had stored in a plastic rubbermaid container. No labels were ever on those boxes. The boxes were all perfect. I packed them in with packaging peanuts as instructed by the paperwork. I was supposed to receive over $136. I received less than $60.

You will be robbed if you send in test strips to these people. I was sent a paper that said that two of the boxes were opened with cuts. Lies. All lies. The paper also states that no strips will be returned to you if they don't like the "condition". The paper states that my "damaged" strips will be donated or thrown away. I would like to see an audit of this company that proves they donate all the boxes of strips that they "reject".

I will never send any more items to them. I am beyond angry. Do not trust these people. If you do send them any strips or testing supplies make sure to take pictures of all of the sides of the boxes so they can't cheat you.

The boxes were perfect unless you cut them

I sent you three boxes in perfect condition. The only way they were cut is if you cut them. There were no tears or problems with the boxes. Never again will I trust anyone like you. The fact is that you have done this to many many many people. Word is getting out and your terms and conditions do not protect you when you cut the boxes. The boxes never had a label on them as I asked the pharmacist to give me the label and not place it on the boxes. They were stored in a small rubbermaid conatainer in bubble wrap. You can deny it all you want but the truth is that you refuse to send back strips that you deny so you can say anything without proof.

I have a witness who loaded the box you sent to me. She saw that the boxes were not damaged in any way. You "claim" the condition of "damage" and then don't pay the customer that sends you perfect condition items. Never again should anyone trust you to tell the truth. I know the boxes were perfect, my daugher knows the boxes were perfect and you know the boxes were perfect. You just find ways of not paying someone that sends you products. I'd like to see an audit of your company to see exactly how many of those "denied boxes" actually make it to a charity. The fact that you posted a rebuttal proves that you know customers are reporting you. There is a reason for those complaints.

All of our customers are sent a complete list of terms & conditions that include photos of what is purchasable. Our terms & conditions are also stated all over our website.  Please note our product box requirements in the disclaimer below as an example.

If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions found on cashnowoffer.com, do not use our service. If you send supplies that have less than 6 months until expiration, that have been tampered with, expired, opened, damaged, or otherwise compromised, you understand your supplies will be donated or destroyed for safety reasons.

Our customers are given several opportunities to make sure their product meet our requirements prior to sending them in.  We also welcome inquiries that include photos for approval for those that are unsure.

When customers send in damaged product they are sent a detailed letter along with photos of what we recieved and again another terms & conditions packet.

If shipments are damaged in transit we are not liable as the United States Post Office has a damage claim procedure in place, which we also walk our customers thru upon request.

In conclusion our customers are given several opportunites to read what requirements are needed in order for us to purchase their products be it on our website or via the litterature they are emailed & mailed.

We are not responsible for how our terms & conditions are interpreted. If the customer is not inclined to ask questions first before sending in their items nor are we responsible for what happens during the shipping process.
