We get loan and we trust this person about interest is $10.00 a Day and after make first payment is $20.00 a Day,
frist pay for two weeks 14 days is $288.18 and 5 aditionals days for pay off is $103.81 = $391.99 we will pay off today!! $2,500.00 + 288.18 + 103.81=$2891.99 He charge 103%
Only for 3 weeks!!!!!! We will report to the IRS.

You could try to report to IRS if 1) you have evidence that you made a loan from him and 2) you paid the loan in the amount of what you said. You need a written contract in this case, or it will be very difficult to prove.
And by the way, your header and your report don't match. Which one is which? Did you pay off 4k or 2.8k? They are completely different.
Another point, you asked for money from someone, and now you are complaining how much the person charged you? When you needed the money, why didn't you make it clear with the person about how to pay off and how much? It is a bit too late to make a complain, don't you think? It's like you ordered a burger and ate it. Then you complaint about the burger and didn't want to pay at the price it was set to.
You need to redo you rmaths. What you paid for was actually 300% interest which is very typical for a loan shark. In other words, you made a loan from a loan shark, not a charity or a traditional loan. I hope you learn your lesson.
