On April 28, 2018, On line I had subscribed to a $79 stock advisory with 100% money back guarantee. The next one that I thought sounded good was Casey Research. It was very misleading in that someone applying for t heir services doesn't find out how much it costs until you fill out the credit card app.  when I saw that it was going to be $1,995, I immediately stopped and did not finish the application.  There was no way that I would pay that much.  When I looked at my Bank of the West online banking on April 29th, I was completely surprised the fact that Casey went ahead with the withdrawal!  I immediately called my BOW credit card and had t hem cancel it as fraud!

In may, they notified me that they credited my acct. for the $1,995 after they received my oral and written notification of fraud.

On July 20,2018, I received a letter saying that I was denied the chargeback and that I had 4 days to put the money ($2,000). back into my checking. Casey took over 2 months to produce evidence by  producing terms and conditions papers (almost 10 pages) which obviously was not part of the application online when I did not sign up with Casey Research.  The invesitgator for Bank of the West (Maria Sanches) obviiously was overwhelmed by all the paper work (that was  obviously done after my so called "enrollment" and Ms. Sanchez, obviously, did not have Casey produce the application that I did not finish.

I'm a retired person, who lives on a fixed income and lives on his pension from month to month (which I receive on the 1st day of each month)  including a monthly $4,001 mortgage payment. I send out about 20+ checks per month, most of them before the 10th of the month.  I ended up with over $1,000 in NSF  fees although I tried my best to anticipate the NSF fees by begging and borrowing money trying to avoid NSF fees, but the NSF fees still came out to over $1K (and still counting), while I try to settle this fraud situation with Casey! I tried contacting Casey several times, but never got any response!  I've wrote and contacted Colleen Walker (supervisor - credit card division Sat Bank of the West in Omaha, NE - one in charge of Maria sanchez) and received the same lame reasons that Maria gave (and the two (Maria and Colleen) are never at their desk and I have to always leave a message to call  me on their answering machine (they must be having parties  or something).  I, also, asked Colleen Walker to have James McGrail (manager of the BOW credit card div.) call me but for over one  week I haven't heard back from him, yet, and I, also, left word on his answering machine, but I'm still waiting for his call to talk to him about the big fraud that Casey Research is putting over BOW and the rest of the people who might try applying for their services.  In fact, I've never received any of their so-called services during this whole time!  In other words, they overcharged me and took my $2,000 and "ran"!
