Caseable Took payment and ignored refund request after not delivering product. Lauterbach Hesse
This company has become notorious for making false statements and promising customers that their product is either in production or currently being shipped. I, among hundreds if not thousands of others, am a victim of this company's fraudulent and un-respectable behaviour.

On the 1/12/17 I had placed my order for a simple case with a printed design on the front and back of the cover. This particular request should have fallen within the 3 - 5 working days catergory but understandably due to the holiday season I was willing to wait a week or two more than the estimated production date.
On the 8/12/17 I had sent an E-mail to Caseable support inquiring about any progress made on the case. I received a reply on the 15/12/17 stating;
'Hi Daniel,
Your order is currently in production and should be shipped shortly.
We apologise for the delay, it was due to a high volume of orders we have recently received. Please know that our entire team are working hard to produce your caseable case as quickly as possible.'
On the 3/01/18 I had asked for the last time for an update on the order but was ignored. On the 6/01/18 I had asked for a refund but was once again ignored.
At this point I had told them I would dispute the transaction with my bank for the refund but still receive no E-mail regarding the order or the refund request.
It's true that I should have trusted the reviews of others but this does not justify the way customers are treated by the company, the fact that they're still legally allowed to receive orders and payment is a crime in itself.
I would be more than glad to help in any lawsuit filed against this company.
