Carpetland USA, for 45 years, have taken care of our clients above and beyond industry standards.
We do as any corporation does, we follow the guidelines of our maufactures warranties. We have done everything possible to resolve this claim, including pleading with the mill to take care of you, even though it is not a manufacture problem(per the independent inspector's report).
Carpetland did not hire, or pay fro the inspection as you falsely stated in your earlier rebuttal.
We are sorry you are having carpet issues beyond our control. Please do not state accusations that are false and untrue.
If you would like to continue this matter, please have your attorney send us a letter, and we will have our attorney address it.
Once again, we have gone above and beyond industry standards to resolve this claim.
We do appreciate you as well as all of our customers.

If the owner was to call me and just talk to me specially about the problem I have been having all this would not have happened. To me he is avoiding the situation I have been having. The manufacturer has seen a problem with our carpet and not do to the SO CALLED pets we do not have. Carpetland was the one who hired this so called independant inspector which was paid by Carpetland so there going to say anything that the person who is paid by. Right now I will NEVER goto carpetland again. I am a disabled Veteran who spent 17 years in the US ARMY only to get hurt while serving in IRAQ and spent 2 years of VA Compensation to save the CRAP he sells only to have problems. I paid his company over $4900.00 for the carpet and padding. Carpetland is a total ripoff and if you are buying carpet I really suggest buying from Lonnies Carpetmax.

Copy of letter, dated Feb. 23, 2010, sent to Mrs. Barnes:
In response to the recent complaint (RR#561361 Rusty), I would like to respond that as the carpet dealer, we do not make the decision if a carpet is holding up to its' warranties or not. We do call the manufacturer. They call an Independent Inspector, and then the case is based off of that report. To my knowledge, there was nothing out of the ordinary on the production of the carpet outside of a normal production date. * Enclosed is the inspection report stating "Heavy soiling and snags most likely due to two large dogs, puppy, or cat." In closing, I would like to say that Carpetland USA would gladly give you a discount on any future purchases. Carpetland USA strives to do everything in our power to make every customer excited with our customer service. Please let us know if there is anything else Carpetland USA can do to help out in this situation. We are happy to do anything in our power.
