We booked a Carnival Cruise with Carnival Cruise directly with an agent named Andre. He got us a good deal or what we thought was a good deal at the time. We traveled August 17th - 24th 2014 onbaord the Carnival Magic ship. When we arrived to the port the shuttle service was very slow which took an hour to pick us up in the parking lot of Galveston, TX. Then when we boarded the cruise ship didn't bring our luggage until really late in the evening which we complained about. Then once we went on the cruise ship in our room 9336 we had terrible service and nothign but noise. We were right under the pool the crew told us and every party they had onbaord we felt it with the walls shaking and also they were doing maintenance on the staircase which furniture moved night and day. Crew members were talking bad things about my wife in front of her when in the buffet area. Service was slow and people forgot our orders and we were either on hold or downstairs talking to guest servies about the issues. The entire trip was ruined and they did remove gratuitiies and gave us some onbaord credit but nothign was ever done to address our major complaints onbaord the ship. I then wrote a BBB complaint and carnival said they would only give us 15% off our next cruise which is a joke to us because we don't every want to travel with carnival again after what hell they put us through. I want a refund back but I doubt I will ever get it from Carnival.

Carnival gave us a partial refund and a future dscount on another cruise. I believe this to be fair compensation for what we went through. I have no further complaints against carnival and want to set the record straight.

 YOU have NOT been ripped off. YOU want royal service while paying a paupers price. Just because YOU DO NOT GET YOUR WAY, doesn't make your trip a ripoff. In fact, YOU are attempting to SCAM and RIP THEM OFF!!!!! Oh YOU coach it under a "refund" yet it is just YOU trying to scam YOUR money back AFTER you took the trip and used the services. Odds are that YOU are blowing this entirely out of proportion JUST because YOU are some bitter old fool and YOU really didn't want to go anyways. It was probably your wifes idea and YOU got dragged along. So YOU made the trip a disaster.
