I am quite hot under the collar with the Carlton Sheets No Money down program... they should be put out of business. I ordered the program off of the infomercial and was under the impression that i could keep it for 29 days FREE and if returned by the 30TH day be obliged to pay the course fee...NOT SO!

Upon the 4th day after ordering, I called to cancel my order, i was told that my order "has already been sent out this morning, madame" (mind you it was Veterans Day and the post office was closed) and that i would still be responsible to pay the $9.95 even though I HAD NO EVEN RECEIVED A THING FROM THEM! I was outraged! I was told by one of their customer "service" people that i should just deny the UPS when they arrive but would have to pay the money even though it had only been a few days.

They are such rip offs, because 4 days prior, when i initally ordered the Carlton Sheets Course, they were trying to sell me a Priority Status UPS plan for about $15.00 extra because shipping would take 2-4 weeks!!!

Thank you for listening, and i should consider my self lucky for not getting stuck with the whole course fee.

Hey get this one....! I ordered his Carlton Sheets No Money down program... and returned it to them. They refunded my money back into my bank account. Then they charged my account again for the same amount. I called them up and called them every @#%& word I could think of. They told me that it will take 15-30 days to get my money back into my bank account. They are thieves and will rip you off. The editor of this complaint is right about their program being a lie. It is hard to convince people to give up their property for zero money. Plus, you need to be licensed as a Real Estate Agent in order to buy a certain amount of properties annually. If you don't believe us then buy his real estate program and get ripped off or go to jail and then serve your time in hell. You should know,

Rebuilding your credit is worth the cost of the couse alone!!

I purchased the course not really knowing what to expect. I have no intention of becoming a real estate investor at this time but I would love a house at the beach someday. I have no money and my credit stinks. Carleton gives me some really great ideas on how to rebuild my credit and savings. This is worth the cost of the program many times over. I am sorry for the people who have had problems before. This is my second time ordering the program. I ordered it the first time hoping to buy property but quickly realized that I would not be able to commit the time needed for me to be successful. I sent the program back because I think I approached it with the wrong attitude, but if I decide to pursue the real estate end of it I will be able to apply whichever technique that applies to my particular situation and do well, thanks to Carleton!

The program works

I agree with Richard, the program works it depends on the individuals determination. I think most of the people with complaints are the people that was looking for the wealth without putting in the work. The same individuals that probably spend half of thier check on lottery tickets and play bingo and buying scratch offs at the local gas station. The program is probably not for you if you lazy and don't want to work for it. Nothing is free in this world, this is not a get rich scheme, people has been doing this for years. You just have a handful of people that think they will get rich just by ordering this program and sitting it on the coffe table, and thinking it will work wonders by itself. To the people who tried to return it in thirty days, thirty days is not enough time to put the course to work, that i will agree on. So if you looked at it and tried to make it work in thirty day, its impossible. He gives you thirty day to look it over to see if its something you think you can commit to, he knows you can't get the full benefit of the course in thirty day, if you could everyone would order it just to get the info and send it back. He would not make any money by doing that. Most of the people with return complaints are the one that probably tried to get the information out of the course and then send it back. Carl didn't become a multi-millionaire by being stupid or ignorant. If you cancel before you get the product it should cost you money. Carl pays to send it to you to get you to buy it. If you never see it you cant buy it so he wasted his money. That part of the advertisement, companys give you something to try to get something from you, you commit to the avertisement as soon as you place the order. If I spend my money to send you something in the mail that I think your interested in buying from me, and you tell me you don't want it after I mailed it off, you are dang right I will charge you. You reject it before you seen it. If you couldn't afford or had not intention on buying it, you shouldn't have ordered it. I think Carlton Sheets deserve compensation for time wasted and money spent to send it. He has to pay the operator to take the order and process it, and pay the ups charge, I would say you got off easy with the 9.95. What if you worked for a company that did that type of work, better yet what if you worked for Carl and he didnt charge the consumer for a cancel, he just don't pay you for taking the order. He dock you as the employee for the 20 minute waste call. I bet you would not like that, so suck it 10 dollars wont kill you. I gave the program a chance and i'm on my way to financial freedom, a matter of fact i'm already there. With the program I have alreay matched my wifes annual income of 28000, not counting my 40000 dollar income making my household imcome 40000+28000+28000, you do the math. Once I get that 28000 up to about 35000 i'm going to let my wife retire from work. So all you folk with the complaints and the negative remark, have fun working and punching that time clock until you 80 years old or until you die, which ever come first.

Carlton Sheets Program Does Work!!!

#8Consumer Comment

Mon, February 25, 2002

I purchased the Carlton Sheets Real Estate Program several years ago when I was 18 years old. In just a few months after I recieved the course I purcased a 3 bedroom home to live in. I had no money, no credit, and no experiance in real estate, yet as an 18 year old I was able to do it. Now seven years later I have again invested in the course. (My original copys had be lost) This time I plan on becoming an investor, and buying multiple properties. Carlton Sheets program does work. But it will take hard work on your part too. Carlton never promised a get rich quick program. Actually he cautions you that this is not a way to get rich quick, that wealth is made long term by buying and holding properties, although you can earn profits by buying and flipping properties. I do not condone the mistreatment that some of your "victoms" hav reported when the have delt with the company in regards to returns. I believe that if a company offers a 30 day return that it should be honored. I have had to deal with the customer service department only one time and they were quite pleasent. None the less I will not try to belittle anybody who says that they have been treated poorly, my issue is with the people who say that the program does not work. I beleve that those people did not apply themself to the program, or are afraid of rejection. I mean I proably talked with 50 owners of property, looked at 25 of them, made an offer on 5, anf bought 1 property. That means I was told no 49 times, but I didn't give up. If I take only one thing from Mr. Sheet's program it is how to think creativly. There is more then one way to buy a house, and if you structure WIN - WIN deals then everybody benifits.

MR. SHEET'S OFFERS A MONEY BACK GUARENTEE, WHICH I HAVE USED MYSELF (BECASUE I'M CHEAP).

#140

Mon, November 19, 2001

I HAVE BEEN A REAL ESTATE INVESTOR FOR 10 YEARS IN TUCSON AZ. I HAVE BOUGHT AND SOLD OVER 100 HOMES, MANY WITH NO MONEY DOWN, HAVE GOTTEN CASH BACK AT THE CLOSING, AND CURRENTLY OWN 40 RENTAL UNITS. I DON'T KNOW THAT THIS QUALIFIES ME AS AN EXPERT, BUT ANY SUCCESS THAT I HAVE HAD I OWE TO MY MENTORS, ROBERT ALLEN AND CARLTON SHEETS.

MR. SHEET'S OFFERS A MONEY BACK GUARENTEE, WHICH I HAVE USED MYSELF (BECASUE I'M CHEAP).

TO SAY THAT NO MONEY DOWN TECHNIQUES DO NOT WORK IS JUST NOT TRUE. I HAVE REVIEWED SEVERAL NO MONEY DOWN TYPE OF PRODUCTS AND ACTUALLY MR. SHEETS COURSE IS THE BEST I HAVE SEEN. IT IS MUCH MORE COMPLETE THAN MOST AND OFFERS MULTIPLE TECHNIQUES FOR NO MONEY DOWN PURCHASES. NOT EVERY SELLER WILL ACCEPT EVERY TECHNIQUE. THE SELLERS SITUATION (LOAN AMOUNT, IS IT A VACANT RENTAL PROPERTY, IS SELLER OUT OF STATE, DOES SELLER LIVE IN THE HOUSE AND NEEDS ALL CASH TO MOVE) DETERMINES WHAT TYPE OF OFFER WILL WORK FOR THAT PARTICULAR SELLER.

AS A REAL ESTATE INVESTOR YOU DO NOT WANT TO BUY EVERY HOUSE YOU LOOK AT. YOU WANT TO FILTER OUT THE AVERAGE DEALS AND THE BAD DEALS UNTIL YOU GET TO THE GOLD. I PROBABLY LOOK AT 100 HOUSES TO BUY 1. IT IS A LOT OF WORK, BUT I HAVE WORKED HARD AND HAVE SOMETHING TO SHOW FOR IT.

ANYWAY, THAT IS MY OPINION, TO WHICH I AM ENTITLED.
