Carlton Sheets Coaching Aka-Franklin Covey Company consumer fraud ripoff deceptive company false promises Salt Lake City Utah
This company is not truthful. They have taken my money and now refuse to return any amount. I did not receive any service from their coaching staff. I was told they would be available to answer my questions. "This is a joke" they can't even give you correct feedback when you finally get someone one the phone.
The customer service department will not cooperate with any request. They claim only one person can resolve disputes.
The person in charge of resolution is full of excuses as to why they cannot refund my money. I've had enough of their games.
They need to be shutdown after returning the money they have scamed from many people.
These people will solicit you and make promises that they cannot deliver. They will not return phone calls about disputes.
Carlton Sheets Coaching aka-Franklin Covey is nothing but a phone scam that takes innocent hard working individules money and refuse to return it after you find out you've been ripped off.
