Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Well My husband seen the infomercial and we discussed getting the "No Money Down" package special. It was advertising for $9.95 and I thought why not, $9.95 won't kill us.

Well he called the number and you had to order by credit card. They gave us a second number to do a check by phone. So he called that number and ordered the package. He asked them several times "$9.95 is all you are going to take from my bank account right?" they said oh yes, then if you decide to keep it they will charge the full amount. Well being a low income family we a pretty leary of things like this. So he questioned them a few more times and the person repeated $9.95 is all you will be charged and if you arn't satisfied you can ship the box back within 30 days and no other charges will apply.

Well we got the package and he listen to all the tapes and watched the videos and really there was no need for us to keep the package we couldn't afford to purchase homes to fix up and rent or sell. I called the number and they gave me a 7 digit number and tried to get me to keep the product free of charge for another 2 weeks. I said "no" and she gave me instructions on how to return the product. Keep in mind this is still with-in the 30 day time frame.

Then at the end of the month I got a check in the mail, it was for $320.00. I called my husband at work and asked why they sent us a check. We then called our bank and had our bank statement mailed to us. Sure enough they had took money from our bank account, $364.00 wich is way more than $9.95. They better be glad I didn't bounce any checks!

Anyhow we are still out $34.00 and they won't explain why we were charged that amount plus the $9.95. Is this company dumb or what? Do they not think we have bank statements to back us up!! I know $34 isn't much but, it's enough to make you want to sue them!!
