Carl Cummings Scammed me out of $650 Atlanta, Georgia Internet
This guy is a scammer. I purchased a con and trade lines from him. He promised me that I will be able to get approved for care credit and what not. I had a surgery that was for the June 6th 2017, before sending him my money I said if you can't promise me that I won't have the care credit before time, just let me know so I can go another route. He said I promise you will have it. So, he originally wanted $800 I didn't have the full $800 so I told him to wait and honestly had changed my mind. This man hunt me down and called me and said hey send me $650 and I'll make it happen for you. I asked over and over is he sure. He said yes. I recorded our calls and have all the text messages. So he gave me the cpn number but told me I couldn't pull up a credit karma. My surgery date passed and he still gave me the run around. Here it is 2 months since I sent him my money and still nothing. He agreed last week that he will refund me my money and since then I haven't heard from him. He answered and then hung up on me. I call from different numbers he answers, and hang up when he hear its me. I referred a girl to him and he's not answering on her either. He's a scammer, a bum who steal young girls money for a living.
