carhistorystore.com cardataonline.com charged for no apparant reason Internet
went to carhistorystore.com to look up carfax. Was told charge was $1. Did not receive report. Then that charge and a charge of $18.95 from cardataonline.com appeared on my credit card. I contacted them and they said they would credit and that i had signed up for a service that was $18.95 which is wrong. I did not. This is a scam.
