C.A.R.E.S Nursing Staff Ripoff Langhorne Pennsylvania
Dog had surgery at this facility. QUITE EXPENSIVE for the care I received. Doctors are very good, receptionist staff is very welcoming BUT the nursing staff is little to be desired. Very moody, unable to answer simple questions. Spoke with 2 nurse upon discharge of my dog, the one seemed like I was bothering her and was very unapproachable. The other a short little one could only say "ok" "ok" and simply did not answer the questions I had. To know these are the folks were the caregivers of my animal after surgery scares me. I feel they need some communication classes and a desire to speak with pet owners. Lo and behold the 2 receptionists that were all ended up assisting me with my questions and very quickly might I add, good job girls maybe YOU should be the caregivers.
Due to the nursing staff I probably will not return!!!! Compassion, communication, and a little common sense goes along way!
