A lot of buldings need repair , in our condo associations, nothing was done they are rude unprofessional, they take our assessment money monthly and do nothing,Doors that do not close properly , we have moles in the growd, a lot of renters that are not allowed to be renting , and they do not enforce any rules,they do not care about the owners that have no parking spots because of all the people that are not supposed to be renting, they only care about taking your money, someone neeeds to look on where all our assessment money is going!
