Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I bought a vehicle from the said location. This was my second chance at a nice vehicle and building my credit. Since I have purchased the vehicle, the said company has harassed me if I'm 12-24 hours late on my payment. They bug you daily, call your references and employer to get money for the car payment. I straight out told the company never to call my work or references as that was not the reason for producing that information. The company denied mr direct demand not to call my reference and employer demanding money. I explained I will make payment by the next business day because my bank was not open. They still called every two hours demanding money. A year later I went to get an independent inspection- it failed horribly. The problems according to the Mechanic has been prolonged for more than a year meaning the dealership passed the inspection although it should have failed a safety inspection. The dealership offered to make the repairs at 50% my costs. The company passed my inspection although it should not have passed. This is the worst place to do business.

First off I can not know every state law so I am basing this comment off of the Federal Law. A majority of the states have the exact same wording to allow for lawsuits in State Courts Vs Federal Court(Much more expensive for filer).

The problem is they are 1st party. The majority of the rules do not apply to them including the privacy rights, and demand for them to stop calling your work. This is the rules.

On a side note. you will never learn if you keep paying things late. You are lucky is it not a normal buy here pay here. Most of them repo after 1 day.

Yes of course as a person who has a history of poor credit and needing a "second chance" you figure you know everything.

You seem to be making a big point that they "ignored" your "direct command" to not contact your references or work. Well what about you ignoring the LEGAL CONTRACT you signed that stated you would make a payment by a certain date/time...not 12-24 hours later when your bank is open? Yes it works both ways. If you want them to stop calling your references and work then make your payments on-time.

Of course your post explains exactly why this is your "second chance". As you probably tried these same type of tactics with previous creditors...and since this is now your "second chance" we all know exactly how that went. I guess it will only be a matter of time before you start complaining about a company giving you a "third chance".

By the way any mecnanical issues are independent of the loan repayment. But after a year unless you are going to get the independent mechanic to swear under oath that the other dealer falsified State inspection documents(which they won't do) there is no proof that the issues you are now having did not occur after you purchased the car.

And no before you say it.I do not now or have I ever worked for this or any dealer.

Love it when the plaintiff insists a commentator must work for the company they're complaining about. Bud, if you read just a few reports with rebuttals you'll see Mr. Mason has commented on many of them. By your reasoning then he must have a ton of jobs. Maybe he'll be generous and offer you one of those jobs so you can pay your bills on time.

Apparently you have no idea of said case. I can tell by your response of your true ignorance. i highly doubt you do not work for CCN. I have receipts where I have paid even after talking with them about being a little late. And yes, I have phone call recordings of them trying to get money from my references.

Thanks for your opinion employee of CCN.

Any mechanical problems you may or may not have have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with YOU not paying your bills on time. What you're doing is trying to set up some immature deadbeat smokescreen to divert attention from the real issue here which is YOU not making payments as agreed. The references were taken ONLY to enable them to get to you when YOU fail to pay on time. Yes, 24 hours is late. Apparently no bank with a much lower APR wants to deal with you because of your deadbeat reputation. So what happens with this creditor? You do t pay them on time either...typical action of a serial deadbeat with excuse after excuse. Why not GROW UP and learn to manage credit rather than continue as s sorry, serial deadbeat? Oh, let me save you some effort..Ill tell you ahead of time, I don't work for them.
