Capitol North American van lines Worst moving company EVER! las vegas, Nevada
Worst EVER!!! Screwed up the moving date and didn't show. Refused to reimburse for hotels and meals needed due to screw up on their part re: moving date. Refused to reimburse for all frozen food taken out of freezer on day of scheduled move. Because they didn't show up all the food went bad.
Told me to "tell the realtor" that the buyers could not move into the house on the date planned because I wouldn't be out yet - because North American screwed up moving date. Buyers had to reschedule their moving date!
I had to spend entire day on phone trying to make hotel reservations for another day and cancel the reservations I made for the night of the scheduled move.
Representative who scheduled the move would not return phone calls or e-mails.
Worst company EVER!!! Incompetent, insensitive, uncaring, money driven. Hire any other company but this!.
