Capital Vacations St Petersburg Florida Rip-off to senior citizens
This company sold my 80 year old mom a vacation plan that she would never need. Her account was charged the very day the telecommunication caller pressured my mom into purchasing their services. Free 30 days to look over the packet.
I followed the instruction on how to cancel the service and mailed their information package back along with the Id card to them and to this date 2 months later have not received a refund or credit on her account.
