capital one services llc You are ripping me off. I cancelled my cared then the next billing came charging me a fee. When I called the number and I explained the situation I was told to forget it it would be taking care of. I wrote capital one and tried to explain them the situation. However they continued billing me. In all my years, 92, this is the first time I have had my name turned over to a collection agency st gabriel, Louisiana
Now I have received letter dated august 11 2009 without a signature telling me to call 800 955 7070 and that I have to make a final payment.
Again this is not fair as I was told by Capital one not to worry that payment was not needed and that it would be taken care of.
Now the letter says I have to pay the last monthly statement.
Why? I wrote several times stating what happen and to no avail.
Why, was all my previous correspondence ignore?
