Basically, I am sitting on Rock Solid Proof that Capital One Bank Wants Your Home!!
After working in their startup mortgage from day one, I have learned, along with many otehr employees, that Capital One is NOT trying to help homeowners' keep their homes', but Instead REWARD their Employees' by giving them gift cards and 32" LCD flat screen T/.V.'s. I'm not the biggest fan of Capital One, but what exactly are you trying to say here?? What are you saying they're rewarding employees for?
Also - NO BANK wants to own real estate right now, they will lose a LOT of money! Use common sense.
