I actually was able to close my account! I called the credit benefit number that they gave me as soon as I found this website, in an attempt to close my account. They told me that I had to have my member pack first before I can cancel. So the day that I got my member pack I called back. I sat on hold for literally 1 hour. I finally had to hang up to go to class, I repeated this process for the next 2 days and never talked to anyone. Well on the 4th day I called the number and put it on speaker phone while I did homework and after 38 minutes they finally picked up. The lady that I talked to didnt seem to understand what I was saying, it took me saying that I wanted to close my account 17 times before she told me that she would close it. However, when I asked for a letter to be sent to me to confirm that my account would be closed or to be given some kind of confirmation number she told me that it was not in company policy that they do that. So due to my lack of trust in this company, I contacted my bank to make them aware of what was going on, and they assured me that they could not get into my account. I hope (knock on wood) that my dealings with this fradulant company is over. I cannot thank rip-off report enough, without this website I would be a very broke and unhappy woman right now. Thank you all SO much for this great work that you are doing!!

I went to our local police department and filed a fraud investigation compaint with them. I took my banks statements where they stole this money without my consent. I took the phone # for the company and also the owners names. The police officer wrote a report and pulled up all these complaints on there computer. He then told me to call the Las Vegas police. I called them and they told me to call the F.B.I. . I called our local F.B.I. and spoke with a vry nice gentleman, he took my report and was turning over to The international Fraud department. He assured me this company will be investigated.
