Capital Credit Alliance ripped me off for 330 Bucks. They charged me 200 Dollars on My Birthday! Las Vegas Nevada
Yes... I got My money Back... I got ripped-off... It's started in November... I'm a broke college student... and wanted to have some credit history... I recieved a letter from CCA... they talked to me for about an hour, then they said it would cost me 200 bucks to open an account... I said no, it's not going to work
Well they said how about we give you a two weeks tryial... I still don't get Why would you need a tryial if they don't send nothing to you... all they wanted was my money... So two weeks later I called them and said I don't want to do it... They talked me in to staying and gave me another month to think... Finally I called them and wanted to cancel any way... but they started saying how good our service is and bla, bla, bla... they talked me into staying by cutting my fee to 130 bucks, and giving me 125 dollars worth of their stuff for free... I didn't have no money, they said they will give another three weeks...
Well anyway... when I called them two weeks lata they said it's too late and they charged me 130 bucks... I thought I couldn't do anything, and I just gave up... Month and a half lata I recive my catalog in the mail... the box that it was in was all Dirty and Ripped of, all the papers and catalog were in mud and dust...
I just forgot about everything for a while, then ON MY BIRTHDAY I go to My banking account(I had 170$), guess what I see on the window of ATM... -24$... I ran in to the bank and asked them what happend? they said I had been charded 200$ from CCA... Half of my birhday I spend on the phone trying to reach them... finally when I did after 5 hours on both phones... Really mean lady picked up the phone... I asked her why did they charged me... She Said It was my Optional Benefits... 2 of them 99$ each... I said I didn't want any benefits... She said it with her very mean voice... Well you can't do anything about it... why don't you just enjoy them? I'm like WHAT? I asked her:
What are the Benefits? One of them was for loss of products in the mail they would refund me... I'VE NEVER WANTED TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM... ALL I WANTED THAT CASH ON DEMAND...For $99 insurance...
I SAID I WANT ALL my MONEY BACK... she Said No Refunds
That Was THE most Terrible B=Day I've ever HAD
Thanks To Your Web Site... I GOT MY $200 back next day after I visited your site... I went to the bank and Told them everything... They Said they could reverse only those 200 dollars which I had back in my account next Morning... What should I do with those 130$ that they took in January?
