So who are the head ringers you ask?
President: Ricardo Martinez
Senior Executive V.P.: Luis Lubian
And what exactly is this company doing?
They send you a postcard in the mail claiming that it's your "Final Notice! Your credit card with a ($) credit limit has not been activated yet. You have (#) of hours to activate. Call Now!."
They offer you credit cards usually with a $4000 credit limit (most common amount, but amounts vary), make you pay a processing fee anywhere from $39 to $200, they debit the money out of your checking account, then either never send you the card, or send you a card that only works for their catalogues which they do not tell you over the phone-whichever deems convenient for them. They claim to help you earn good standing credit by charging 3 fees of $33 to the card (one a month), and they report that you have good credit to the credit bureaus and then raise your limit to $7500. The truth is, if you get this card, it will be harder for you to get a regular mastercard, visa, etc. in the future.
Phone numbers anyone? They give you customer service numbers when you are all finished giving them your life savings, and half of them don't work! In fact, the only ones that I have gotten to work are the activation numbers! The rest are either automated, give you no dial tone, or say they are busy and make you call again later and then they hang up on you! However, I've taken the time to type out all these numbers for everyone's benefit.

What are the addresses of this company?
Honestly, I can't even sort through them because there are so many. I have counted 55 so far. Most of the addresses are just P.O. Boxes around the U.S. or suites. Most of these mailboxes most likely receive mail, and the mail probably just gets shipped to another mailbox until it finally reaches the location of the real company (if there is an actual company building!). However the most common addresses that I have seen are:
7349 NW 34th St. Miami, Florida 33122
9590 NW 25th St Miami, FL 33172
225 W Main St, Suite 101-605 Mesa, AZ 85201
6690 Roswell Rd., #310-348 Atlanta, GA 30328
11470 Euclid Ave., PMB #534 Cleveland, OH 44106-9156
1800 Sahara Ave. Suite 108 Las Vegas, NV 89104
So what can you do if they've taken your money?
Well, if it's still pending on your account, or you just gave them your info, RUN to your bank right now and put a stop payment on it! It will cost you $25 at most banks, but it's worth it if you get to keep your $200! Even for those who are only paying $39. If it's too late, and they've already got your money...again I say RUN to your bank! You can file an ACH (automated clearing house) dispute. This is a paper you file when someone has either taken money out of you account without your permission, or has taken the money promising to give you something and either doesn't give it to you or gives you something other than what you were promised (aka a shoppers credit card instead of a regular one!). The bankers are usually very nice and will help you fill out the report. Just don't wait forever to do it! I must reiterate one more time...GO!
I hope this helps others like me!
